4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Copyright may protect photographs, illustrations, artwork, graphics and other images.
You must not upload or share protected material unless you own the relevant rights, have permission from the rights holder, have an appropriate licence or have another lawful basis for doing so.
Some uses of copyrighted material may be permitted by law without the rights holder's permission. We will consider relevant information when assessing complaints and do not assume that every use of copyrighted material is automatically unlawful.
By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload and share it through picvault.online.
Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of your content to picvault.online.

6. How Reports Are Handled
When we receive a report, we may:
- Review the image and the information submitted.

- Restrict access to an image while we assess a credible complaint.
- Remove or disable access to content where appropriate or legally required.
- Contact the uploader where appropriate and legally permissible.

We will review the request and take appropriate action where required or appropriate.
Removing an image from picvault.online does not guarantee that copies held by other people, search engines, caches or third-party services will also be removed.
9. Repeat Infringement and Abuse
We take repeated or serious violations of this Policy seriously.
Where appropriate, we may remove content, restrict access to the service or take other reasonable action against users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, upload prohibited content or abuse the reporting process.
